As
the official technology partner to the Federation
of Family Planning Associations,
Malaysia (FFPAM),
our job focused on the IT management of this 15-months
Project. Our tasks included the creation of engaging,
interactive Internet courseware based on the RHAM
(electronic RHAM or "e-RHAM") and a virtual
learning classroom to be demonstrated on 1400 Form
1 and Form
2 students from five national schools to test the
effectiveness of online SRH education (universal
values and Islamic
perspective versions).
Successful demonstration of this Project will enable
FFPAM to attempt to reach out to the nation's adolescent
and youth population of over 6.7 million. The cost-savings
advantage of the Internet helps in realizing this attempt
and the marketable value of the e-RHAM courseware to
Asian and African countries (e-RHAM Universal Values
version) as well as to Islamic countries (e-RHAM Islamic
Perspective version) support this cause. |
